• Upon arrival, you must complete all formalities regarding your stay.

• Lost key/card is charged additionally with 10 €.
• Smoking is not allowed.
• Fire protection system responds to any sort of smoke. A sound alarm may wake up and alert other guests.
• Excessive steam can activate a fire alarm sound.
• To avoid smells when preparing food, please use a kitchen aspirator.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Guests are required to wear shoes in all public areas. Minimal dress standard includes a sleeveless shirt and shorts.
• It is not allowed to stay in bathrobes outside the rooms and the Spa.
• We ask our guests for absolute quiet during the afternoon rest from 15:00 to 18:00 and night rest from 23:00 to 08:00.
• Loud use of musical instruments, radios and other devices whose sound disturbs the peace of other guests is not allowed.
• In case you have a disturbance problem, please contact us.
• In your absence, we have the right to enter your accommodation unit to prevent possible damage, danger or when we reasonably suspect a violation of house rules.novirednovired• We will notify you of our entry in the room, except in the case when you forget to close the windows in the wintertime or case of bad weather.
• For your safety, surveillance cameras are installed in all common areas except in the accommodation unit.
• To timely prepare the accommodation for the next guest, please leave the room no later than 11 AM on the day of departure.
• We will charge extra the stays after the time provided in your reservation. Extended stay until 6 PM is charged 50% of the price.
• You shall personally sign the invoices for the services provided.
• You are responsible for your behaviour in and out of the facility. In the event of an accident, you bear the consequences yourself.
• In case you have lost or found any items, please let us know.novirednovired• Forgotten items, on request, we send to your address at your expense.novirednovired• We keep lost items for a year.
• Guests may have visitors in their rooms which must register at the front desk. Visitors must leave their ID.
• For your convenience, we have provided a safe deposit box. Please, keep all your valuable belongings in the safe box.
• We bear no responsibility for any damage or loss of your personal belongings, but we will do our best to protect them.
• Heating is regulated by thermostatic radiator valves, after which the system maintains a constant temperature for 24 hours.novirednovired• The EU recommendation is to set the valves in bedrooms to position 2, in bathrooms to number 2 (except when taking a shower, for greater comfort, you can increase to number 4), in the living room the valve should be set between positions 3 and 4.
• To manage the cooling/heating system, adjust the temperature as desired and press the button with the fan icon.novirednovired• Please note, if balcony or front door is open the AC will automatically switch off.
• It is not allowed to take highly flammable or explosive material as well as material with an odorous or unpleasant smell into the facility.
• It is not allowed to bring food from outside or to carry it out of the facility.
• It is not allowed to prepare food, wash and iron laundry, use electric heaters and similar devices that can cause damage and fire.
• If the guest causes damage to devices, installations or inventory, he is due to cover the cost of the damage no later than his departure.novirednovired• The authorized person determines the level of responsibility and the amount of damage.
• Keep the Earth clean!novirednovired• Please make a personal contribution to the preservation and protection of the environment by closing windows, turning off unnecessary lights and other electrical appliances, reducing waste, rational use of water, cosmetics and towels.
